Ingredients
- Cauliflower
- Olive oil
- Buffalo Sauce – I used one from Whole Foods which was preservative free and no added sugars. Brand: Wing Time
- Popcorn/almonds to garnish and for fun!
Instructions
- **THIS IS KEY!!!*** To get the cauliflower soft in the middle, you must boil it first! Boil a pot of water- place whole cauliflower upside down for about 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from water, pat to dry.
- Use the fork to poke small openings around the cauliflower and lather with olive oil.
- Coat entire outside of cauliflower with the buffalo sauce.
- Preheat oven to 400, bake for 25-35 minutes.
Notes
The cauliflower should be easy to slice with a knife.
