- 1 can of low fat coconut milk
- 1 probiotic capsule – this is the one I’m using and loving. It has some of the best strains and is high quality.
- 1 watermelon
- Your favorite toppings
Instructions
- In a jar, combine the coconut milk with the probiotic capsule and mix. Let it sit over night to thicken a bit.
- In the morning, slice open a watermelon, douse it in the coconut milk, and top with your favorites. I used hemp seeds, blueberries, and some muesli.
