SPINACH ARTICHOKE DIP

Description

Vegan, 5 ingredients, made in just 1 pan, and perfect for game day!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 45 cups raw greens (spinach or kale or both; kale will make it taste more bitter)
  • 1 tablespoon liquid coconut oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
  • 1 can artichoke leaves (remove stems)
  • optional: 2 slices of vegan cheese or dairy cheese

Instructions

  1. place oil into pan and heat
  2. add greens to the pan
  3. toss in the garlic
  4. add in the artichoke leaves and mix
  5. add in the nutritional yeast and mix
  6. if using cheese, add in last, mix in well
  7. serve hot, with chips!
