Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cauliflower head
- 2 chia eggs (2 tablespoons chia seeds, 3 tablespoons water)
- 1 tsp onion powder
- (optional) 1 tsp garlic powder/minced garlic
- 2 heaping tablespoons of nutritional yeast
- tsp salt/tsp pepper
Instructions
- In a food processor, “rice” up the cauliflower- simply place in processor and grind
- Place cauliflower in a pot with 1/2 cup water to soften.
- Drain cauliflower, removing as much water as possible with a cheese cloth
- In a bowl, combine cauliflower, and rest of the ingredients.
- Bake at 400-450 degrees for 30-45 minutes.

Note, these are extremely delicate, but harden if left out for a few hours!
Top as you please. I went with guacamole, tahini, and some vegan cream cheese!
