From simple aches to recovery after a workout and even just day-to-day restorative body support, these are great body healing and bodywork tools you should def use in the comfort of your own home. I included a range of products and pricing– but I promise you won’t go wrong with these time-tested must-have well-being products.

FAR Infrared Heating Pad

FAR infrared therapy is a form of absorbable non-visible light that penetrates the human body up to 6 inches deep into the muscles, tissues, joints, and more.

You can use it for aches and pains or just to recharge and warm up.  The negative ions improve breathing and can be helpful in the production of serotonin (the feel-good hormone). It’s a great body healing tool for daily use!

I use this one because it’s a nice entry price point and big enough to span my entire spine when lying down. I’d like to upgrade to a full-length one in the future, or get a second one of these.

If you’re looking to start out even cheaper, you can try this one:

For menstrual cramping or low back pain specifically, this one may be right for you — also a lower price point than above:

Acupressure Mat + Pillow Set

This prickly mat is a funny one, but a great entry level product for those looking for deeper muscle support and relaxation. The pricks on the mat appear sharp, but the pain quickly resolves once you settle into the mat.   I used to sit on a mat while working at my desk in my NYC office. Now I use it leisurely as needed.

Cupping Set

I’ve had this same set for over 5 years. This is a professional set that I’ve used on and off for years. It does not require fire and by no means should be used with fire! It uses suction and comes with a hand pump.  It’s easy to use but  if you have no experience with cupping, this won’t be right for you.

Rumble roller

The deepest most effective foam roller in town. I love this guy for my morning stretch down my spine and thicker muscles like my hamstrings and glutes. It works to break up the fascia and bring in relief.

Higher Dose Infrared Sauna Blanket

If you need to unplug in the middle of winter and get cozy, while supporting your health– look no further than the Infrared Sauna Blanket from Higher Dose. While I haven’t pulled the plug on this purchase for myself (holidays may just be the time), I gifted it to my brother in law for his 40th birthday party. He’s one of the most difficult person to gift– and he LOVES it. He did say the first time took some adjusting as it felt claustrophobic, but after the initial discomfort he finds it to be a great way to turn inwards and relax. The heat will make you sweat, yet also trigger the brain’s happy chemicals, therefore if you suffer from SAD, I’d suggest trying this. CODE: WELL75 FOR $75 OFF! thank you Higher Dose for this generous discount for TWN audience 🙂
