This is one of my favorites, inspired by my best friend’s Father, who is a very creative chef (hi, Michael!). He’s famous for surprising the BBQ guests with some GRILLED LASAGNA. It’s absolutely delish and is the inspiration behind these chips.

I used Banza Chickpea Pasta, but this can be done with any type of pasta!

This is such an unexpected fun side to add to any dinner party!

Pasta Chips

Ingredients

Pasta of choice
Extra Virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper


Instructions

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F
Cook Pasta
Drain & Rinse
Coat in extra virgin olive oil + salt and pepper
Place in oven for 15 minutes
Remove when the pasta has reached its desired CRUNCH.
Eat alone, or as a vehicle for your favorite dip!
