Watermelon pizza is all the rage. It’s a fact, not an opinion. But I wanted to take mine to THE. NEXT. LEVEL.. by making it probiotic-rich. The better the feed your gut, the better you feel and look. Gut health is SO important. So I created this. It’s so easy, but does take a day to prep.
Introducing… Coconut and probiotic-drenched watermelon pizza.
1 probiotic capsule – this is the one I’m using and loving. It has some of the best strains and is high quality.

Instructions
In a jar, combine the coconut milk with the probiotic capsule and mix. Let it sit over night to thicken a bit.
In the morning, slice open a watermelon, douse it in the coconut milk, and top with your favorites. I used hemp seeds, blueberries, and some muesli.
