- 3 cups pasta ( I’m a slave to Banza chic pea pasta)
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 1 can pumpkin puree
- 3 tablespoons coconut oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to instructions
- Drain the pasta, add remaining ingredients and mix well
- Transfer to a pan and broil for 1-3 minutes, until crispy
