Pumpkin Mac & Cheese

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 3 cups pasta ( I’m a slave to Banza chic pea pasta)
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1 can pumpkin puree
  • 3 tablespoons coconut oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to instructions
  2. Drain the pasta, add remaining ingredients and mix well
  3. Transfer to a pan and broil for 1-3 minutes, until crispy
