Vegan, 5 ingredients, made in just 1 pan, and perfect for game day!
Ingredients
Scale
- 4–5 cups raw greens (spinach or kale or both; kale will make it taste more bitter)
- 1 tablespoon liquid coconut oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
- 1 can artichoke leaves (remove stems)
- optional: 2 slices of vegan cheese or dairy cheese
Instructions
- place oil into pan and heat
- add greens to the pan
- toss in the garlic
- add in the artichoke leaves and mix
- add in the nutritional yeast and mix
- if using cheese, add in last, mix in well
- serve hot, with chips!
